The Bald Head Association is the Stage I property owners' association on the Island. As the largest property owner's association on the Island, the BHA represents over 1500 properties and works through the use of member-approved Covenant restrictions to protect the value of those properties for the overall benefit of the membership. Brunswick County's original community theater, BLT produces 4-5 shows per year, including a children's production by our youth theatrer, the Stagestruck Players. All auditions are open to the public. Performances are held at Odell Williamson Auditorium on the campus of Brunswick Community College in Supply.

Southport-Oak Island Kiwanis Club
Southport-Oak Island School of Dance is the oldest dance studio in Brunswick County. We offer classes for ages 2 1/2 to adult. Classes offered are: Classical Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Irish, Clogging, Lyrical, Modern, Tumbling, Stretch/Flex, Interpretive, Soft Shoe Irish and Boy's classes.
